Grizzly construction was a referral from a friend.. I contacted Bryant and informed him of the work needed done after a flood in the upstairs bathroom which flowed into the dining room and garage and did damage to the master bedroom and bathroom.. Within hours I had a quote and the crew was able to begin work in three days.. In 2024, Grizzly finished a exterior renovation project for the older part of our rental community. When we started the process late 2020, the project seemed straightforward. However, we soon found out it was not. From supply issues to unforeseen hoops, this project presented one challenge after the next.
