Stay away from this company!!!! They have false advertisement for bird removal. I was told on telephone that the technician would come out and do a thorough exam of my roof and remove any birds and fix the problem. The technician went on the roof and placed a piece of wiring and some caulk than handed me a bill for $900.00. I was never informed of this price prior to the job being done. Stay away if you can. Unprofessional and overpriced. I would give them minus 5 if that was an option. They cheat you on everything they can.
Service was good, but price was very misleading. Was quoted a price two different times on the phone and given an invoice that was 35% higher than what I was led to believe would be the highest the price could be. Trying to talk to these people has been useless and I'm still waiting for a manager to call me back. These companies are a dime a doze, find one that treats customers fairly or buyer beware.
