Worse office staff. Dr Sandra barely talked during the consultation which took about 5 min. She didn’t even ask questions to find out issues or to learn about the patient. It was my daughters first time to get best advice on what contraceptive method she should be on and she did not want to provide information nor recommendations for someone first time she acted the entire time like we should know already what to chose or what’s best totally ruined my daughter’s first experience. Worse place to make an appointment front desk can’t never help not even if you mention that is an emergency doctors are always leaving you can’t stick to one doctor ever

Sandra Giron is an excellent doctor. But: Hackensack office is a disaster. They don't give you parking pass and in your way out the parking charge you $ 8.00. Physician give you incomplete prescription, they forget to put the insurance codes. They don't send the test result to the primary physician and them they charge you a dollar for page, when you request a copy. The front desk is like a circus, nobody's care.
