I have only seen Dr. Arpino a few times. He is great and so is his staff. He is very concerned about my health and always has time to answer questions asked by both myself and my husband. I was sorry to see the other reviews. I have not experienced any problems. I can relate to Shaina Reyes review. Everything she says is true about the office and staff. I was released from their care because of something that was my own fault, accidentally or not they had there hands tied. PFMC is by far the greatest most whole hearted primary care facility i have ever been to. From the cheerful from NP Gunn to every person you came across when you walked in the building even the appointment lines mainly Mrs Venus who would recognize and ask how i am and helpful with scheduling conflicts or in one case a referral that was not on my or PFMC's fault and stating that she "would personally walk... read more

I made an appointment for 2:15 an by the time I gave my information to the operator the appointment was taken by someone else, therefore, we made it for 3:15pm I received a call (automated) that my appointment was for 2:30pm I larrived at 2:45 for the 3:15 appointment and the front desk told me I missed my 2:30 appointment and would have to wait for a cancellation. I left and went to an urgent care a. Switched back to my old doctors office!!
