Natalia is very professional, patient, gentle and calm. Her studio provides a very pleasant and comfortable environment, especially when you are getting your eye lash extensions done for the first time, as it does take a couple of hours! Natalia saved me!!! She removed a set from elsewhere that did not suit my face and replaced them with a much more natural, flattering set. She was lovely and I loved her work!

Customer satisfaction is not provided here. It was my first visit and she was immediately on her phone while lash remover was in my eyes. When asked not to be she insisted that she has been doing lashes for 8 years and knows how to do them whilst being on the phone. What kind of response is that? It was ridiculous. I am paying for your undivided attention and time on a delicate area such as my eyes. Your booking are done online & you were clearly chatting up your boyfriend. Incredible! Went on a last minute appointment to correct some work from a previous artists and she was just amazing. Highly recommended! If you're debating switching lash artists, this is your sign to do it.
