Friendly, not intimidating at all. I loved that they sent over a very long email before our appointment with exactly what to expect at the appointment. Education about medicine options was excellent. I always like to see more patient education especially for young people learning to manage their own health.

We love GTW everyone is very understanding of my daughter's issues and we always feel comfortable here. The doctor and PA are wonderful and my daughter gets the best care, I know she wouldn't get that level of care anywhere else. One thing that would make this place perfect though is if they did on-site blood draws. My daughter is autistic and going to a Dr appt is extremely difficult for her in the first place but to then have to go somewhere else for a blood draw is sometimes just too much and can bring lots of tears and r... read more

The staff is SO nice and very accommodating. My daughter loves going to her appointments because everyone is so attentive & kind to her. They make such a special effort.
