On March 13, 2026, my wife and her best friend came here for birthday manicures, and the experience was awful from start to finish. Despite having an appointment, they were made to wait 15 minutes before being seen, which was an immediate red flag. My wife’s manicurist was rude, impatient, and rough throughout the appointment. She was far too aggressive when removing my wife’s previous manicure, and even after being told more than once that it was hurting, she showed no care or concern.
