I love this gym! The coaches are the best.
The best gym in Chalmette! The coaches and members are encouraging and make you feel like family!
This gym is awesome! The coaches are amazing and motivating. I need someone to tell me how to workout and they do. They show you each movement whether it’s your first time or your hundredth time. So you never have to guess. And the ladies (and the few guys) working out with you cheer you on. If you are thinking about joining, you should just do it! This place is the best!!
Girls Gone Buff is an amazing gym! The staff is amazing and make you feel like you can do anything. They push you to be your best self! 1000% recommended!!
So much more than a gym. I have a whole family here. People to hold me accountable to hold my hand when life happens
