I was quoted a price over the phone. Things went South literally when finished. $15 above the quoted price was demanded in cash, even though there is a VISA sticker at the entrance. A hairwash prior to the cut was refused. These terms were not discussed over the phone beforehand.
I drive all the way from Alabama and have April Carter do my hair a few times a year, she's worth the trip, go see her!
