I been working at Girlings for 9yrs and 2 months and the employees here are very sweet and kind. Mrs. Silvia is my coordinator and she has always put her best foot forward as much as she can. I love working here and I Highly recommend this company.

Don't not work for girling for 2026 they have a high turnover rate of coordinators and providers with the lowest pay in the Houston area my mother has had 5 coordinators and providers within 2 years from my understanding they treat they employees like trash. I am currently looking for a new agency for my mother. Misty in payroll hasn't payed our newest provider yet and call hers about hrs that she has completed we are trying to take the provider to another company.
I finally got see Phylicia and didn't know she worked here. I love her and love Girling. They need more clients so I can get more work. They will put you with a client if you really care.
Girling is awesome. My baby Phylicia has been working here forever. Her boss Mellonie has been good to her. Great place.
