If i cud submit with zero stars I wud. Been a client for 1.5 months n only seen an aid once. My spouse had her aid n forcing Christian church material on us. We are spiritual people n hav open faith bcuz of past church experiences. But all in all, this company has filed to adhere to the contract for care they agreed to. Called their office n hav yet to ever get a call bak. Think it's time to look into other providers. Don't people work for a living anymore or has technology made people Lazy?
My first paycheck I was cut a dollar short from what I signed to agree to, they claimed I was lying until I sent a photo of my pay stub said otherwise without any reimbursement almost two months later. Supposed to get a sign on bonus, my coordinator admitted to never putting in the proper paperwork for me to get it, told me she was sending it up to her supervisor.
