There needs to be a zero star Girling Personal care is the worst Attendant care place in Lubbock DO NOT USE them. We have not had anyone even call about my mom in weeks. Unless they want to want to know if I have cared for her. We have been waiting over 3 weeks for a someone to come care for her in addition to respite care for me. Then they told me they were going to call Adult Protective Services on me. It's sad how this system works when you have to deal with medicare and Medicaid for elderly people..
