New Client - I was very excited to get my hair done at this salon by the owner. I got a silk press and a cut 10/10 but the customer service to me and with me was 0/10. I was a bit emotional to do me feeling my hair wasn’t in a good state so talking with her about it made me cry a be a bit emotional. She did do her best to console me but did ask if I was in therapy.
