Whoever that is that’s answering needs to be fired. She is very unprofessional and nasty to new customers. My daughter and I had been going to the Irving location before they closed. I wouldn’t send my dog to the Desoto location. The lady has bad energy and refuses to give a set box. Save nasty vibes I’ll take my money elsewhere and I recommend others do to.
