Very friendly coaches. Classes are challenging but everyone encourages each-other to keep going. The membership has made it easy to try all the classes in one place. I love the variety of pole dancing, tight and tone, cycling, and kickboxing.
Classes are awesome clients and owners are friendly and welcoming.
