I absolutely love taking classes at Girlfit Workout Studio! The atmosphere is welcoming, empowering, and makes fitness feel fun not like a chore. Sunshine is an amazing Intro to Pole teacher. She’s kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Her teaching style makes beginners feel confident and supported, which really helps us grow and improve each week.
