Great products but terrible communication. I ordered a deck on the 1st of July that was listed as being in stock and they took my money. Nine days later when it hadn’t been shipped I reached out to them and the only response was a refund. It’s now the 12th and the refund is still pending. Now I don’t have a deck or access to the money to purchase one which leaves me without a deck to skate. Overall the most frustrating and disappointing transaction I have had buying skate products.
