Unfortunately, we had an awful experience with Cynthia Miller. We are hosts in Chicago and hosted Cynthia and her group. Cynthia loved our home and gave us a 5 star review on airbnb but her group did damage to our toilet and our plumbing. We had to pay a plumber as it was not just your normal clog (foreign object/roll of paper towel) and we had new guests coming. We had told Cynthia and she was willing to cover it.
