Girl Fight was established in 2009 for women, by a woman. Our goal is to empower women thru Martial Arts, Self Defense and Fitness. We offer female-only group classes, personal training and private lessons. Our classes and private sessions are taught by female instructors. Free intro class, No Experience required, Beginner-Friendly and our studio is very private! You don't have to be in shape to get started! Just text or call us to get started.

Great vibe, great gym, wide variety of programs Great for every day fitness and for fighters looking for a home gym
I can’t keep my daughter (12) out of the gym! She has gained so much confidence since joining Girl Fight. The coaches are great and the gym is clean. She also takes the Claudia Gadelha Brazilian jujitsu program as well. It’s definitely worth the 2 week free trial to see if it’s teh right fit for you!

My 9 year old daughter and I have been training at Girl Fight for about four years. Kru Prairie is an exceptional leader who encourages her students to push past their comfort zone and tap into their true potential. Super clean facility, all students support one another and there are so many classes to choose from. Best thing I've done for myself, and especially for my daughter!
