HORRIBLE!! If I were able to give zero stars, I would. Dr Girgis doesn't care about her patients.The office staff from the front desk to the back, do not understand the english language. Dr Girgis has joined a group named castle connelly, and all of her patients must pay to join this group. If you don't join, she will not continue to see you, yet she's an in-network Provider with my health insurance.
If you would like to: - have you blood taken by what seems like a random person in jeans in and a t-shirt - be belittled by front desk staff - wait up to 3 hours for an appointment to be seen by the doctor for 5 minutes - have your test results texted to you on Whatsapp - be treated in a dirty consult room with what look like flakes of skin on the floor - be seen by a doctor who claims to a Clinical Assistant Professor at RWJ Medical School, but there is no evidence of that anywhere - their name appears no where on any websi... read more
By far the most unprofessional and incompetent drs office I have ever been do. My initial appointment, I waited an hour to be seen. I had to ask for my ID back, then the front desk walked in while I was with the Dr to ask for it back. They then LOST my ID and I had to come back hours later for it. They double dip on appointment and bill insurance as high as possible for their own benefit. It was my first visit (Tuesday, Feb 25, 2025) to Dr Linda Girgis' clinic and I must say I felt relaxed and not all nervous. The staff was genuinely nice and friendly...didn't feel brushed off nor ignored. The young medical assistant, I forgot her name, was friendly and thorough. Doctor Linda Girgis was very nice and had a great smile. Needless to say, I am glad I went there.
My family has been going to Dr. Linda Girgis and Dr. Morris for 20 years now. Initially, they performed great patient care: sent annual wellness visit reminders, did routine blood work, and recommended additional necessary labs and appropriate treatment. Recently, they have been charging for my annual wellness visits (which are low-quality anyways) and charged me for lab work and another visit to review the results.
