I have never had pizza that was so loaded with toppings and tasted so amazing. I have not had a pizza of this quality before and I am 72 years old. Just minutes away from the Blue River Bridge border crossing, and worth the extra ride. You may as well order two because they have a two for one deal. I hear that they are big supporters of great initiatives in Sarnia, like their soccer league. They have been busy blessing the city with their pizzas and community support since 1979!
What is going on at Giresi’s?! We have been ordering pizza here at every visit for decades and always loved it. The higher prices seemed worth it. But this visit…my husband ordered a regular crust, pepperoni, green pepper & onion. The pizza that we got was like they had opened a box from the grocery store and semi cooked it?! Today we ordered a gluten-free pizza and a panzerotti from Giresi Pizza Factory. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and my dad loved it! The panzerotti is a must-try—trust me, you won't be disappointed. It's definitely worth the price, and a large panzerotti is enough for two people. Giresis used to be a great pizza at a great price. But over the last few years, the sauce got too salty, the dough got less fresh, the cheese, well it's more like soup than actual cheese now. We just had their pizza tonight and the dough was undercooked too. Unfortunately, they're now near the bottom of the list for us.
This was the best pizza place in Sarnia by far but something in their ingredients have changed over the past year. Their pizza doesn't have that amazing flavour it used to have and the leftover pizza used to taste almost as good as the fresh but now it's very blah.
