Last December (2024) I was willing to buy a highlander from this dealership, I visit to the dealership I met Mr. Anderson Martinez the sale representative, he asked me to pay $200 for checking in for car check, I did this online and he said if you don’t like the vehicle we will return the amount, I didn’t buy the car, they kept my $200 for 6 months and he was not answering my call, were saying lie to me, I got my money back tru credit union, but this action badly reflect the Toyota’s reputation in my mind which I will post t... read more
