Wow gotta say this was an amazing experience to end a miserable experience. We had an awning malfunction and of course a storm came through and destroyed it. I called Girard and spoke to Bill Parks who immediately put me at ease about the situation. He walked me through sending photos of the damages, my serial numbers etc and he ordered the parts needed based on our conversation. **Review of Awnings Service at Girard Systems** I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill and Chuck from Girard Systems, and I couldn't be happier with their service. My 2015 Monaco Dynasty had an issue with the wind sensors not working straight from the factory. This was quite a headache, but Bill and Chuck came to the rescue. If you have Girard awnings and are in the South western US do your self a favor and come here for service! Bill, the faculty manager, and Chuck, their tech, are AMAZING! Between the two of them Bill getting the back of house work done and Chuck performing the work on the awnings you could not be in better hands! These guys are fantastic! What a wonderful experience!
