If I could give them negative stars, I would. This is one of the worst Vendors, I have no idea how they stay in business. They don’t pick up the phone, they don’t respond to emails. The Customer service here is as bad as it can get. Go spend your money on Fiamma awnings.

A good place, the guys know their job well, unloaded quickly, opportunity to sit and spend the night without entering the territory. There's a pull-off nearby on the right. Good luck to everyone, take care of yourselves.

Wow gotta say this was an amazing experience to end a miserable experience. We had an awning malfunction and of course a storm came through and destroyed it. I called Girard and spoke to Bill Parks who immediately put me at ease about the situation. He walked me through sending photos of the damages, my serial numbers etc and he ordered the parts needed based on our conversation. He then set an appointment one month later that I drove down from Las Vegas and he had us out in the eight hour window as promised. They also check... read more
