This medical group has quality, and kind personal. Dr Kimball, and his staff are exceptionally easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.
I must say I did not have the same experience as many others writing reviews. When I called this group it was the office manager who answered and she was immensely helpful after receiving really terrible service at all other places I called. I knew I had a fractured ankle and they were able to get me in the next day, not weeks down the road. I don’t recommend this location to anyone especially if you need urgent care. The front office lady (Jemmi) is so rude if you ask her for anything would respond with no respect.
they have bad attitude and they have the worst customer service. They don’t respect their patient specially elderly who doesn’t understand. They don’t treat them fairly and they don’t do their job and they yell on the Patien without listening to them I’m talking about the girls working on front desk , the office should hire employee who cares about their patients
The worst clinic you will die before you get an appointment with them because the staff are busy and rude specially Anaya or whatever her name is I got referred to this clinic on Monday and I was chasing them to get an appointment all the way to Thursday every time I talk to them they just hang up the phone and at the end, they gave me an appointment after two weeks do yourself a favor and look for another clinic
