horrible clinic, disrespectful staff and manager and even doctors.
This medical group has quality, and kind personal. Dr Kimball, and his staff are exceptionally easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.
I must say I did not have the same experience as many others writing reviews. When I called this group it was the office manager who answered and she was immensely helpful after receiving really terrible service at all other places I called. I knew I had a fractured ankle and they were able to get me in the next day, not weeks down the road. She even went as far as offering advice on my insurance situation and calling the urgent care I previously went to for x-rays to have them sent over. I met with Dr. Collins and felt like... read more
I don’t recommend this location to anyone especially if you need urgent care. The front office lady (Jemmi) is so rude if you ask her for anything would respond with no respect.
