Avoid this dealer at all costs.
DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership! Everyone from the salesman to the general manager was on hand and smiling when I purchased a 2008 Ford pick up them. Less than 2 weeks later began having multiple problems - with extended warranty and "Nano technology-exterior/interior protection packages I purchased. Customer Service is awful-empty promises. I repeat do NOT buy any vehicle from these guys! Wish I could select NO STARS
DO NOT under any circumstances take your vehicle to Girard Ford to be serviced. You will be given a quote for a repair and then most likely be charged 2-3 times the original quote. Dealing with this service dept. was an exhausting and draining (physically & financially) ordeal. By the time my vehicle was ready to be picked up I had felt like I'd been put through the ringer, stepped on, and then put through the ringer again.
