Called a week ahead of time and the lady asked if we had been there before and I let her know that we had just gotten a puppy and needed to bring her in for her first shots and check up. The lady told me I could bring her in Monday at anytime and that there wasn't any need to make an appointment. Showed up Monday morning and the lady at the front desk (that acts like any question is an inconvenience) said "We aren't accepting any new clients at this time so you should probably take her to Parsons."
