Dr Girard and his team are very helpful and pleasant. There is always a short waiting time to be helped.
4 months waiting. The secretary pretends she submits for tests and paperwork and never does. This went on for four+ months. Paperwork was never submitted for previous tests and health records. When a patient is having seizures/strokes and you have a policy that you take advantage of the patient. Refusal to send confirmation of appointments for patient that has memory issues.
