The worst receptionist runs this office. I am in excruciating pain from herniated disks c2-7 and need a nerve test. They don’t allow voicemails during their 1.5 hour lunch, and you will wait 20 minutes to speak to this woman who will not make an appointment for you if one singular number is off in the order from the ortho surgeon. This review comes five years after my mom, a patient of Dr. Girard, took her own life. My intention in posting this review is to provide information so that others can make informed decisions about their medical care providers. I want people to have access to all relevant details when choosing who to trust with their health. I have letters and records to support every statement made in this review. Dr Girard and his team are very helpful and pleasant. There is always a short waiting time to be helped.
4 months waiting. The secretary pretends she submits for tests and paperwork and never does. This went on for four+ months. Paperwork was never submitted for previous tests and health records. When a patient is having seizures/strokes and you have a policy that you take advantage of the patient. Refusal to send confirmation of appointments for patient that has memory issues. Dr David is wonderful. His staff is great especially Diane. Very knowledgeable and very sweet He is a great neourologist The only one you should see
