It was very difficult to find someone who represents the tenant side of landlord/tenant law as the money seems to be overwhelmingly with landlords. We couldn't be more happy with Maria and her team, her willingness to champion tenant issues gave us the chance to get justice when other avenues failed. Maria made sure to represent us in the way we saw the case and took time to explain the various legal aspects, until we understood them fully, each time something came up.
