Do not have Mike Gipson do any carpentry for you. Very bad experience. Builder First Source was to set up a delivery date but just tried to deliver out of the blue and we weren’t home. they were to reschedule but again just delivered without letting us know. when installer came the wrong door jamb was ordered. We never were asked the size and they blamed us for not asking. no communication between installer and company. It cost us $150 more for their mistake.
