Dawson was very quick to respond to a problem with my electric furnace, he was determined to resolving the issue but went as far as experience allowed. When the problem proved to require a specialist, he saw to it that we were set up with the right one. He even followed up to assure are needs were met. That is the kind of customer service that is increasingly hard to find!
