This tech was far better than the other installation, took the time to explain how the ventilated ceiling will enhance airflow and efficiency, and was finished in about three hours. They also fixed a small problem from the last installation by making sure all the ducts were sealed properly.

A prior contractor left me with uneven cooling and this time I found the experts to be very thorough in installing a new AC unit that was ultimately a good fit for the design and size of my home. They spent around three hours doing the full job, and in that time they inspected all the ductwork to make sure it was in good shape and balanced the system appropriately.

This visit was more efficient than last year's, as the technician quickly identified a faulty capacitor and had it replaced within an hour. One small issue was that they didn't have the necessary part on hand, which required a brief trip back to their warehouse.

The installation took most of the afternoon, which seemed appropriate given the complexity of integrating the new unit with our existing ductwork. After a few days, I can confirm that the AC is running smoothly and cooling the house much more evenly than our previous system.
