Admin team were very helpful when making booking. We’re upfront with all fees for service. On the day of service were on time, informative and explained their diagnostic findings. The Gippslec team member (Josh) then provided multiple options for a repair. Because of this I was able to make an informed decision on how to approach the required repairs. I would and will be reccomending Gippslec to others.
The lads were very freindly that worked on my car, Jessie came out and spent time making everything good, replacing nessasary parts, and keeping things affordable for me. My ford territory starts again and runs well. Above and beyond service, i would not hesitate to call on them again if in need 👍🙂 -Jon
Very friendly and helpful. Lovely of one of the boys to sit with my daughter and teach her little bits about the car while he was working away :) definitely 100000000% recommend and will definitely be going there more often ❤️
