Gippslec supplied and fitted new battery to my ranger while I waited. They are a very welcoming team and got the job done promptly and at a fair price. Will return next time the need arises.
I had to call Gippslec out yesterday to help my hubby who was stranded in moe with his truck on the way to a job who couldn't re start his truck after filling up. I called every auto elec in Moe and started making my way through morwell. The team at Gippslec came out within the hour and had us back on the road in less then 20mins!. Thank you to the boys and Nikki for being so quick to jump to our aid! The boys did a really good job working on my car, I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
I found it a bit frustrating that the communication side wasn t a little better. Great that they could come as soon as they did but 1hr later than expected with the lady on the phone telling me that she would track him down and give me a nèw ETA. That didn't happen. He was constantly on the phone, so it was hard for me to work out what was going on. However, he DID fix my car and for a quite reasonable price...and finally explained the problems found just before leaving. Thankyou !!! 🙂
