Admin team were very helpful when making booking. We’re upfront with all fees for service. On the day of service were on time, informative and explained their diagnostic findings. The Gippslec team member (Josh) then provided multiple options for a repair. Because of this I was able to make an informed decision on how to approach the required repairs. I would and will be reccomending Gippslec to others.
The Team we're all pleasant to deal with. They booked us in quick and got the job done. Will definitely use again if needed. Also thanks to Josh for getting the issue sorted.
Rang to make appointment at 9am. At my house by 9.30am. Car was fixed and going by 10.15am. Car had been seen to the previous week by mechanics and not fixed. Josh was so professional and explained everything that was happening and such a cheery friendly young man. Price was excellent and l would certainly deal with them in the future and also recommend to anyone who needs auto elec. Thanks again for your quick attendance.
Very friendly and helpful. Lovely of one of the boys to sit with my daughter and teach her little bits about the car while he was working away :) definitely 100000000% recommend and will definitely be going there more often ❤️
