Great clinic but super frustrating even trying to get through on the phone to book an appointment seems impossible they need to change there system
Just called to make an enquiry. Couldn't talk to anyone. All I got was a complex phone menu with a bunch of irrelevant information. Tried a couple different options but couldn't get through to speak to anyone, and infact the phone system hung up abruptly on me when it finished it's spiel. The barest minimum is to answer the phone when clients or prospective clients call. If you don't have a manned phone line, at least communicate that before sending people down a rabbit warren of menus.
