This is a lovely facility, what let's it down is the usual arrogant staff, seriously you all need to up your social skill because you have ZERO as it is, the pool itself is awesome, the free slides are great, but we weren't informed we had to pay extra for the big slides and then we were met with Mr arrogant and seriously dude you shouldn't work with people at all. Besides that the small pool was great, a bit over salted but nice and warm and the outdoir pool was fantastic.
Great experience and plenty of facilities to use, caters for everyone no natter who you are. Everyone is welcome.
A fabulous facility. Visited for the first time. 2 issues just to be aware of. The lockers are not reliable with many broken and just not working. There is also no body wash in the showers unlike the Warragul pool. Both issues raised and a response received. Make the most of this great facility.
$18 to use the Gym once is insane.
