Great friendly reception greeting & plenty of comfortable seating in the waiting area. Great access to public toilets that are exceptionally clean. The Doctors have always been very kind & helpful to questions asked.
They changed my appointment without consulting me. They left a message . I tried to call back and they did not answer on landline number or mobile number. Was on hold for 15 mins. Then I was cut off as the clinic closed at 4.45. Better not get charged for appointment. Will be taking it further.
Been waiting an hour and 30 minutes, still waiting... Took 3 weeks of calling and then an email to get a call back about appointment time.
