Just had my appointment there I waited half a hour past my time which was good sometimes have waited longer I then had to make a appointment for another 3 mths time standing at counter I could see the girl (tiana) was typing something but she didn't even acknowledge me and say won't be long stood there for over 10 mins when another girl served me this Tiana still hadn't even made eye contact I fully understand in the health industry you get busy but sorry front house staff need to be professional and how she was today was fa... read more
Appointments cancelled..time after time !!!! . Absolutely useless. And that for pallative care doctors. When they finally have time..you might be dead !! I completely lost faith in this whole.. pallative care system. Hope you proud of yourselves.
Great friendly reception greeting & plenty of comfortable seating in the waiting area. Great access to public toilets that are exceptionally clean. The Doctors have always been very kind & helpful to questions asked.
