Why display a phone number when no one answers the phone? Over one hour of trying and all I get is stupid canned messages about how busy they are and not abusing them. Maybe some abuse would get some action?
Unfortunately, service depends on who answers the phone. If Vicky answers, I recommend hanging up and calling back. Every other staff member at the consulting suites have been helpful throughout my pregnancy, but this interaction was dismissive, rude and caused unnecessary stress at 36 weeks pregnant. She expects you to know the inner workings of a system you are navigating for the first time. Really unhelpful.
More creativity, laughter , games and smiling , poor hygiene.... improblving though
Bit of a while but whenever I go there it’s always a long wait without fail. My pain isn’t taking seriously including the Gynaecologists not listening to what I say which it feels I’m not feeling heard at all despite my pain and it feels like nothing but a joke of sometimes trying to get help. As there’s particular things I can no longer do which I had no choice but to stop with some things to of my hobbies and other things that includes my day to day life.
