Fantastic staff very informative. Excellent customer service. MG Amazing car to drive absolutly beautiful interior.
Terrible service. MG HS having its 20,000 service and they replaced the wiper blades without consent (clear instructions where no repairs without consent) including the rear blade which might have been used twice!! And at a cost of $150! Then on the receipt it states they where a customer request. Dodgy PS I called the number below, they said the Service Manager would call me back, still waiting after 7 days for that phone call.
Everything went well (or so I thought) with the purchase of my MG4 from Gippsland MG... I had organised to take delivery of the car at 11:00am today but at 10:26am I received a text saying that the car was only on 10% charge and I could collect it at 3:00 when it reached 50% charge. This raises questions: - They knew I was collecting it at an agreed time, so why was it not charged yesterday or overnight? - Why was the car let go down to 10%.
