This place is a absolute joke they are refusing my child medical attention she has broken out in a severe rash and is in pain and they tell me they are taking on no new clients your playing with lives to refuse a 11 year old medical attention when we are lakes locals have been two years. I also went in a year ago with a post op survey and the wrap come off they refused me medical attention. Excellent service from staff they no my name as soon as I walk in all the doctors are great to .I would like to thank Dr Margaret for her great work for me and others I know.
FYI Only accepting existing patients, even though have 10+ appointments available on hot doc today. Was referred to private doc ($82 for appointment, I cannot afford), or Telehealth appointment (but I need symptoms viewed) or go to Bairnsdale (not easy for me to get to)
Jane, the nurse that I saw, took her time and made sure I left in better health than when I came. Receptionist was patient and accomodating. The entire appointment only costed $6. Would highly recommend.
