Lovely reformer studio! Classes are great and the instructors are super helpful and welcoming

I have found the team to be incredibly supportive and caring for every client and tailoring classes for individual specific alignments and concerns. Due to joining these classes I have gained strength, assisted in healing some of my own heal concerns and confidence. Thanks so much for your care and attention. Such a beautiful studio offering reformer Pilates classes in a fun, encouraging and welcoming environment. The instructors are so knowlegable and have their own styles making you feel incredible after every class! The clinic also offers Myotherapy, acupuncture and remedial massage making it so nice to have these services in Sale and in one spot!
I loved my first ever reformer Pilates class here. A beautiful, small (4 reformers) space, with an instructor that makes you feel very comfortable. Can’t wait for my next class
