Highly recommend! All the instructors are very supportive and welcoming. Great facilities and very clean.
Such a beautiful studio offering reformer Pilates classes in a fun, encouraging and welcoming environment. The instructors are so knowlegable and have their own styles making you feel incredible after every class! The clinic also offers Myotherapy, acupuncture and remedial massage making it so nice to have these services in Sale and in one spot!
I loved my first ever reformer Pilates class here. A beautiful, small (4 reformers) space, with an instructor that makes you feel very comfortable. Can’t wait for my next class
