Charged a ridiculous amount to do nothing
Booked here because it was the only place I could get into at short notice for a roadworthy. My experience was very stressful. I respect that experience could indicate a specific issue but to fail based on ‘suspected’ because the inspection point was time consuming and hard to get to, I don’t respect. I’m paying $250 for ‘an hour’ of time yet now I have to take it to another mechanic and pay them to actually check the area? Then if the area is sound yet there is still a vibration then what?
