Charged a ridiculous amount to do nothing
Booked here because it was the only place I could get into at short notice for a roadworthy. My experience was very stressful. I respect that experience could indicate a specific issue but to fail based on ‘suspected’ because the inspection point was time consuming and hard to get to, I don’t respect. I’m paying $250 for ‘an hour’ of time yet now I have to take it to another mechanic and pay them to actually check the area? Then if the area is sound yet there is still a vibration then what? Needed a quick roadworthy at moments notice and this was the only one available. Told me who the best people in the area were to fix the problems and then took it back for a discounted price. Recommended 👍
