Receptionist was lovely. Orthoptist was lovely. Retina specialist was rude and unhelpful, didn’t explain test results, didn’t explain anything, made referral to eye hospital but didn’t explain why. So I have no idea why I’ve been referred to the eye hospital :-(

It's a shame I can only give 5 stars. Thank you for identifying a health issue with my partner and supporting his link-in to appropriate services with urgency; you identified issues that a whole hospital team with many departments attempted to dismiss, repeatedly. My partner is now diagnosed with a care plan and it has changed our lives. Why so expensive? Spec savers referred me to them to lance a stye $745 later, I’m feeling very violated and wondering who’s looking after who here????
