12 months ago we installed an in-ground pool through Gippsland Custom Pools, Jake and the team fulfilled our expectations and we love our pool. Great customer service.
They promised and they delivered. Our pool went from green to sparkling blue once Andy performed his magic. Promised to attend the day after the problem was reported and did. Also provided a follow up visit a couple of days later. We have taken out a monthly service option with Gippsland Custom Pools. Cannot speak highly enough of the communication and customer service proved.
One of the best decisions I have ever made was to engage Jake, Andy and the team to install my pool. Probably goes without saying the pool itself has brought countless hours of fun and entertainment for the whole family but this team were amazing. Jake was very patient in answering my many questions about the pool and helping me (including returning to site on a number of occasions) to work out the best location. 12 months ago we installed an in-ground pool through Gippsland Custom Pools. Jake was very easy to work with and accomodating. We love our pool and I was very pleased to get a phone call from Andy to see how it was going. That was excellent follow up care 12 months down the track. Andy is extremely intelligent with how to get our pool to shine and sparkle all year round as well as showing us how to use our pool system in the most effective way.
