I owe my recovery to Sarah and the team for supporting me to find myself again. Sarah suggested I consider participating in a DBT Program. I am and will always be forever grateful for that program. Mental health to me became something I experienced but unsure of what was going on with me. DBT gave me those answers and what I now call my onboard toolbox when I experience any not so nice situations now. Have been treated for a few years and find Dr Leanne, in particular, to be supportive and helpful. She is able to hold space and walk me through the distress of major trauma, whilst educating me on self management. Highly recommend
Wonderful service, caring and compassionate psychologist’s working alongside proficient and happy receptionists who make you feel relaxed and at ease upon entry. Overall a very professional and experienced team. Highly recommend.
