It was a pleasure to deal with Ray when we were enquiring to buy our first boat. He was very genuine, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all not pushy. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used boat.
Exceptional Service and Communication We had motor issues on a Saturday, just before heading back to Melbourne. We called Gippsland Boat Supplies early Sunday morning, and Ray, who was out walking his dog, suggested we drop the boat at his place. He took it to the service center, and Simon handled everything from there. The service was outstanding, and the communication was the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!
Bought a new Haines from Ray, he was most helpful as was Simon . Very happy with the service and follow up .
