I had my first service on my used BMW X1.I explained that my car had been grazed by a hit and run scum bag who failed to leave their details.I asked them if they could give me a quote for a buff and paint touch up whilst in for a service last week.Not only did I pick my car up with a wash and detail,but the service boys buffed out the scuff and did the paint touch up.I was so taken aback that I was emotional. Motorbike salesman was with a works contractor & made zero acknowledgement of me being there to enquire about buying a new bike! Doesn't take much effort to say, I'll be with you shortly! 🙄
