We found this new build of Giovanti’s in Ankeny in December of 2021. It was nearly finished when we first looked at it. Once we bought it, the builder did a great job of incorporating the two changes we asked for. I’m sure these next items are pretty standard for a construction grade home, but be sure to ask for better/more insulation as our seems to be lacking, additional electrical outlets (I’m not sure why a builder would chose to put so few in spaces where they’d be needed) and better finish material. This is not a fake review, his name is Gabe Wilson. He built my house on 86th way in ankeny 5 years ago. My basement has flooded 3 times because of the foundation and missing drain in my window well. Both my neighbors also are having the same issue! So every ones knows the truth. The building company he speaks of was JAG homes which he was also a partner of(per his own words in the text I posted pic of) He bid homes with allowances that were way lower then what it actually cost.
