First off I want to say I have been coming to this hardware store for over 40 years. It has always been great to locate hard to find items for older homes and unusual items. I went in looking for some Christmas items. Upon doing so I renoticed a lighted snowman on the top shelf. I reached up to view the one that was different behind it and BAMMM. This is the best hardware store hands down !! This employee graciously asked me if I needed help while I was wandering around the store . My plates were stolen the day before so I had to get new screws for my new plates . He came out to my car to make sure he sold me the right thing. We have dealt with Stormers several times since moving to the area a couple months ago. This place has some of the most helpful, knowledgeable people who are kind enough to make casual conversation and give us local info, even when it's not something they're getting paid for. They've also ordered things for us when we needed parts that they didn't have in stock. We love having a locally owned place with a hometown feel - that's hard to find in Knoxville. 10/10 recommend!
