Ok so first of all, my business has been ordering from this company for almost a decade. In that time, the produce is (on average) about 80% fresh and 20% moldy. I understand that this is unavoidable in some cases (such as mango's) but sending me obviously moldy fruit knowing I'm just going to send it back is a wast of everyone's time. Another thing is that they have no receptionist (ever) which means that if you call to place an order you have to leave it on a machine.
