The manchester location has the BEST food it ALWAYS arrives hot, fresh and fast. SO MUCH BETTER then many s. willow st places
Their food is good but they mess up our order almost every time. When we called them to complain and they did nothing to correct the issue. I will correct the issue and go elsewhere.

Eaten at Giovanni's many times over the years. Today will be the last time. They've gone completely downhill. Prices have risen through the roof, quality has declined and the service sucks. No other way to put it. Their steak kabob salads were amazing once upon a time, now they are undersized, overpriced, and overcooked. Oh, the best part.... hair found in their Broccoli cheddar soup.
