Absolutely flawless in their entire process from quoting, helping to select fabric, pickup and delivery. Great customer service is so rare, but Giovannis nailed it.
I really enjoyed working with Giovanni’s on my banquette upholstery. After touring their shop and seeing the quality of their work, I already had high expectations—but the finished benches absolutely exceeded them. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.

What a wonderful experience. The process of picking out the new upholstery was so easy with great suggestions given throughout.
