Wonderful customer service beautiful job
OUTSTANDING BEST IN THE VALLEY Never have had any furniture reupholstered it was very concerning to us to find a trustworthy professional company. Well we did the owner and all front office people were extremely helpful and believe me we asked a lot of questions which did not bother anyone in fact they were extremely helpful not knowing if we’re were going to use them for our project. Giovanni's was great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and responded to messages quickly. We had him reupholster 6 dining room chairs with material we supplied, and couldn't be happier with the results. Attaching before/after photos of the project.
They made good after a supplier’s mistake. No fault of their’s but they stood by their guarantee. Price was ~30-40% less than other quotes.
They reupholstered our dinning room chairs.... completely. New support webing under the seat, all new padding. We even had them refinish the legs to match the table. We've really liked these chairs for over 15 years. Frames were good but everything else was worn out. We couldn't find anything we liked as well, and on a recommendation from a friend we decided to try this option. Now we have a couple other items we will likely do the same to. I've posted the after pictures. The before pictures are just too embarrassing
