Third order in a row that was incorrect. I called after two hours to get info on my order and the guy said it was for pickup. It wasn’t and I pre-tipped 25%. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I recently ordered a pizza, waited an hour only to get a call saying we don’t have a driver. I’ve been buying at this location for years. I’ll no longer give them my business. It’s lousy pizza and the staff is terrible. I like the owners but someone needs to he held accountable.
Was lied to by the staff. Said that they were so backed up they stopped taking orders yet it accepted my online order. Driving by there as I was told they were busy there's literally no customers at all there. Then called me trying to cancel the order I placed online and have to wait for 3 days for a refund. The Lady who answered the phone had a rude and aggressive attitude and said a completely different thing than last guy. She said they're closing early. How about next time do your damn job and stop accepting online order... read more
