Been ordering here since I moved here over 3 years ago. LOVE Giovanni's, but this location is *not* a Giovanni's. Everywhere I've lived in the past it's the best pizza joint around. This one? Just steadily gets worse and should be de-franchised. Never get what I pay for, portions get smaller while prices go up, service isn't great save a couple employees. Ordered the cheese breadsticks with bacon, there was no cheese on them just bread with bacon. The gm manager said maybe I should have ordered double cheese, so it’s my fault she didn’t know how to make them? ! I’ve been ordering from them for 20 yrs and never gotten them with no cheese. They did remake the order next day and again nothing like they use to be.
I was told there are new owners, Gave it a second chance not wasting my time or money again.
