Really saddens me to write this as I have been eating here for almost 20 years now. However the quality and service has done nothing but continue to worsen since the owner Moe passed. As far as I can see it is largely do to the language barrier between the kitchen and front staff. In my last 5 orders. There has been something wrong on every single one, tonight being the latest. Food is great but I’m still thinking about how I ordered to pick up a month ago and when the host heard my name they wanted to heckle it and make comments about it being disease. I tried to clarify that I was the customer and picking up the order but I guess everyone is so used to a third party delivery service that you forget customers still physically come in.
Ordered eggplant parmesan tonight, and it was fantastic! Appreciate the new decor, the family friendly atmosphere, and the wonderful menu options. The staff are super friendly. This is so worth your business!
I've been here four or five times it is always been great but tonight the ranch cheesy bread had no ranch almost no cheese and we ordered 2 it was a to go order very disappointing
